[Notice] Strengthening of Sanctions Against Refund Abuse

Recently, there have been multiple cases where some users have purchased, received, and used products normally, and then proceeded to refund them through the store to gain unfair benefits.

Such actions are considered an abuse of the normal payment system and a violation of operational policies that seriously undermine fairness within the game.

In the future, if it is confirmed that unfair benefits have been gained through refunds after using products, immediate permanent suspension measures will be taken without prior warning.

Additionally, if a refund is necessary, please be sure to contact Customer Support in-game before proceeding with the refund directly from the store. We may have difficulty providing assistance for account sanctions that occur due to refunds made without prior inquiry.

Whether a refund abuse has occurred will be determined by comprehensively checking payment and game usage records, and accounts that have sanctions applied will not be eligible for recovery or unequipping.
